Infinity
An extension of Italian ceramic expertise
Infinity grew from Gruppo Concorde's experience in the Italian ceramic industry. It treats a large porcelain slab as a versatile material that can continue one decorative language across floors, walls, worktops and furniture.
Nominal slab size, usable format and thickness
Infinity technical data gives 1620 × 3240 mm as the nominal size of the full raw slab and 1600 × 3200 mm as the usable format intended for fabrication. Thicknesses are 6, 12 and 20 mm. Before ordering, the fabricator should confirm the actual working area, edge allowance and the thickness suited to the project.
From floors to worktops
Infinity slabs can be used on floors, walls, façades, kitchen worktops, tables and custom furniture. Start with the application, then confirm thickness, finish, slab face, vein direction and technology from the exact product specification.
Finishes and continuity of design
The range includes Satin, Polished, Matte, Patinated, Levigato Pearl and Glam finishes. On applicable products, NaturaVein-Tech continues the vein through a cut edge, NaturaBody-Tech carries the design through the body, and Bookmatch or Endmatch supports coordinated face layouts. These terms should appear only on products that are explicitly supplied with the relevant technology.
Cutting, support, installation and care
Colour, shade, thickness and finish should be inspected before cutting. Large slabs require wet processing with silica-dust control, rounded internal corners, and a minimum 5 mm internal radius at a sink cutout. Installation needs a flat, stable and fully supported base rather than isolated silicone spots. Rectified floor and wall slabs require joints of at least 3 mm, but this is not a worktop-seam rule. Select cleaners for the exact stain and finish, then test them in an inconspicuous area.
