The mixers in the corresponding Empolo concealed shower systems also resist stains. Australian brand Meir concealed shower systems include the internal mechanism and external control, so you do not need to buy these separately.

Durable materials matter especially when components are in daily contact with water. Selected Meir overhead showers are made from stainless steel and hand showers from brass — both materials resist corrosion. The Turkish brand Valtemo range also includes a stainless steel shower arm and brass water outlets.

A bidet spray is used beside the toilet, so there is no need to set aside space for a separate bidet. Selected Meir bidet sprays automatically shut off the water when the hand spray is returned to its holder. This keeps the hose from remaining under constant pressure and reduces the risk of damage. Their brass and stainless steel components also resist corrosion. Bidet spray sets with concealed mixers are available too.
