Using the website

The website is provided so visitors can review Merlons products, catalog, showrooms, services, and contact information. You may browse products, add items to cart, request a quote, or contact us for consultation.

Information on the site does not replace professional advice for a specific space, installation, technical suitability, or final commercial terms. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your action.

Quotes, orders, and invoices

A request sent from the cart, product page, chat, or contact form starts a conversation and is not an automatically confirmed order or paid online purchase. The Merlons team will contact you to confirm price, availability, delivery, installation, discount, and invoice details.

An order, payment, delivery, return, installment, or other commercial term becomes effective only after the relevant details are confirmed by Merlons and, where needed, accepted by you.

If information on the website is shown incorrectly, Merlons may correct the error and tell you the actual terms before the order is completed. In that case, you may choose not to continue with the order.

Payment and installments

The website is not currently a fully automated online payment checkout. Payment method, invoice, prepayment, installment, or another payment condition is confirmed through communication with the Merlons team.

If installments, pay-in-parts, or a third-party financial product is used, the relevant bank, financial organization, or payment provider may apply its own additional terms. Those terms should be provided to the customer before a decision is made.

Delivery, carrying, and installation

Delivery conditions depend on product type, stock, address, and agreed service. General website information, including free delivery in Tbilisi and Batumi or paid regional delivery, is confirmed before the order is finalized.

Carrying items upstairs, installation, assembly, and other additional services may be priced individually. The customer should provide an accurate address, contact details, access conditions, and other information needed for safe and timely service.

Returns, warranty, and consumer rights

Consumer rights apply under Georgian law. Where the law grants a withdrawal right for a distance or off-premises contract, a consumer can generally withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, except for statutory exceptions.

For a return or withdrawal request, Merlons may need the order date, receipt date, customer contact details, and a clear statement of the decision to return or withdraw. Product condition, packaging, use, made-to-order goods, hygiene or safety issues, and other factors are assessed under applicable law and the nature of the product.

For defects, non-conformity, or product safety concerns, contact Merlons. A commercial warranty, where provided for a particular product, does not limit statutory rights. Warranty periods and terms differ by brand and product and are confirmed before the order or in the product documentation.

Chat and contact messages

Chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email are used for consultation and request handling. Please do not send information that is not needed for product selection or order processing.

Merlons may contact you through the contact details you provide to answer your request, clarify order details, or send directly related information. You can ask us to stop advertising communications at any time.

Showrooms and consultation

The Tbilisi and Batumi showrooms are available for viewing products and consultation. Working hours, stock, display items, and samples may change.

Measurements, colors, materials, safe-use instructions, and technical specifications should be checked with the Merlons team or the relevant specialist before a final decision, especially where a product depends on a specific space, installation, or compatibility with other furniture.

Accounts and admin access

Public visitors do not need an account. The admin area is for authorized team members only. Sharing admin data, passwords, or sessions is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for fraud, spam, malicious code, automated overload, bypassing security controls, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not copy or use Merlons content, photos, catalog data, design, or branding in a way that infringes Merlons or partner rights.
• Do not submit abusive, false, unnecessary, or third-party personal information unrelated to your request.

Prices, availability, and content

Prices, stock, descriptions, images, promotions, discounts, and technical specifications on the website may change and should be confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Georgian lari, and additional services may be priced separately.

Merlons aims to provide necessary, correct, and understandable product information. Product photos and colors may differ from the real product because of screen settings, lighting, production batch, or natural material variation.

Promotions, special offers, and discounts apply under the terms and periods shown in the relevant offer or confirmed by the Merlons team.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. Merlons aims to keep information accurate, but does not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

To the extent permitted by law, Merlons is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to website use or decisions made only from website information. This limitation does not exclude liability that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded, including consumer, product-safety, or intentional misconduct matters.

Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Georgia. If you have a question or complaint about an order, return, service, or website use, contact us first so the matter can be reviewed quickly and practically.

If the matter cannot be resolved by agreement, the customer may use the remedies available under Georgian law, including contacting the relevant competent authority or court.
